You have full control over the process, meaning only you decide what to share with us.
At a certain point during our collaboration, we will enter the iteration phase. This is an opportunity for you to provide feedback and suggest any content related changes you'd like to see.
Your photos and personal information will be stored securely using encrypted digital storage systems, to which access will be strictly limited. We prioritize your privacy and adhere to strict confidentiality protocols to ensure your data remains protected at all times.
We delete all the pictures and other sensitive information you’ve shared with us up to that point. We’ll also be sad to see you go.
By default, we aim to print a single copy of your book. However, if necessary, you can request additional copies. Please let us know in advance, and we’ll be happy to accommodate your request under specific circumstances.
Once our work is complete and your book has been delivered, we remove all the pictures and other sensitive information you shared from our digital records. In short, to respect your privacy, we retain none of it in the end.
